Warranty & Delivery
WARRANTY
We have a 30-day warranty that covers parts and labor, since the products we sell come from scratch and dent auctions, they do not have a factory warranty.
Please note that repair is not our specialty, except when:
– The product is brought to the store (strictly for washers and dryers, we do make repairs).
– Offering immediate assistance from one of our technicians, who will call you and can be contacted promptly.
A receipt and signed contract will be provided for both parties’ agreement. Detailed information about the warranty will be provided in writing.
DELIVERY & INSTALLATION
Delivery: is carried out in the McKinney,TX area and within a 20-mile radius. Refrigerators, washers and dryers only.
Installation: Refrigerator and washers only.
Deliveries are scheduled at the time of purchase, and the customer must sign conformity with the contract stipulations.
When purchasing and scheduling delivery, we offer the haul away service (for your old appliances) only when you buy from us.
Please note that:
– We do not offer online sales. It is one of our policies, so that you get to see and inspect the product in the store.
– Accessories suitable for the merchandise are included, as well as installation.
Other things to consider:
Appliances will not be carried more than 3 stair steps.
We request you keep your children and pets safe in preparation for the delivery.
Cover floors and areas where the staff will be handling major appliances.
A minimum purchase may be required to receive delivery service.
Delivery service is subject to cancellation due to severe weather.
Other restrictions and fees may apply.

Mon-Fri 9AM to 3PM
Sat 10AM to 3PM
Exchange or credit on previous purchase along with receipt and warranty purchase.
Includes delivery for the first area room.
We will contact you to provide a 2-4 hr. delivery window.
An adult 18 years of age or older must be present
